
1:1 Executive/Leadership coaching
Objective: To define where the candidate is now, what their current challenges are and to help them identify options to get them to where they want to be faster and more effectively.
Methodology: To meet regularly with the candidate
for about two hours at a time for a couple of months at a location to suit,
providing it is conducive to the reflective and confidential nature of
the coaching.
1:1 Performance coaching
Objective: To identify and raise awareness of a candidates performance in their current role and facilitate improvement.
Methodology:
The coach visits the candidate when they are working in their current role
and observes the candidate during meetings, site visits and other identified
areas. This is particularly effective where candidates are unsure of their
development needs and current performance.
1:1 Telephone coaching
Objective: To assist a candidate in between face to face coaching sessions.
Methodology: Normally, but not exclusively, for candidates who are working on coaching goals and need some additional coaching in advance of the next formal session.
