to be able to quickly and effectively build rapport and be able to step
into the other person’s shoes to communicate
in the manner which best suits them, for maximum effectiveness.
Presentation skills
This module provides leaders with
skills to apply all of the above techniques in a group situation. Reading
your audience and applying a variety of techniques to suit the group dynamic.
Prompting and reading “buying signals” to
measure acceptance of the messages.
