High performance organisations depend on high performing people operating in a high performance environment. Everyday you can see talented, motivated individuals leaving organisations for greener pastures because the organisation isn’t delivering on its promises or has inadvertently put up barriers that stop its key workers performing.

This module starts where the Forming and Building a High Performance Team finishes. It sets out the tools a leader needs in order to stimulate a culture of high performance and team generated continuous performance improvement.
The objectives will be formulated to address the clients brief but could include:-
Enabling the leader to:-
- benchmark the existing culture of the organisation/division/department
- measure the behavioural patterns that emerge when the team work together
- establish the teams’ perception of what will block high performance and what will enable high performance
- build trust
- inspire team members to aspire to the levels of high performance within their grasp
- agree realistic but challenging targets
- give constructive feedback
- act as a coach and own the challenges the team present
