This module provides leaders with a powerful methodology for developing outcome orientation. It changes people’s perspectives in both business and personal areas and moves them forwards.
Using instruments such as the PRISM model of human behaviour team leaders will understand what motivates their team and how to develop performance. They will see what challenges each team member, what motivates them and how to agree with them performance targets to which they will respond positively.
