Inspirational Leadership Programmes

Our leadership programmes are designed in conjunction with our clients, to address the key issues facing the business and enable their leaders, by providing them with a series of tools and skills, for them to aspire to meet those challenges.

Our programmes are about creating leaders who are inspirational in their own right. Leadership is not the same as management – it cannot be learned by reciting theory from books. Inspirational leadership is about emotion. It is about transforming at the individual and team level by creating an emotional impact. It is about creating an atmosphere or culture within which people can rise to meet the challenges facing them, replacing limiting beliefs with enabling ones, clarifying values, developing capability and then improving performance both in organisational terms and on the individual level. Above all else, leadership is about people.

As organisations face up to constant change, they are beginning to recognise the essential link between leadership and the management of change. Leadership complements management: it does not replace it. The leaders of tomorrow need help and guidance if they are to succeed in the future. They will have to be comfortable with the idea of sharing with their followers more information than ever before. Our Inspirational Leadership programmes, therefore, set out to address these issues and provide a source of relevant ideas and practical methods to help them succeed in these challenging times.

Each Leadership programme is tailored to meet the challenges facing the client company, they are typically, but not exclusively, made up of a series of building blocks.

Each building block has its own objectives linked to the clients. Wherever possible, the clients own models processes and procedures will be incorporated in the delivery to enable the event to have the maximum relevance to the workplace.

The ideal programme will culminate in a single experiential exercise which will call upon the delegates to demonstrate their understanding of all the different training building blocks to prove they will be able to perform them on their return to the workplace.
