Leave the M25 at Junction 5. This is the exit for A21 South to Sevenoaks and Hastings.
Continue South until the dual carriageway ends (approx. 11 miles) and the road changes to single carriageway.
Continue for about 1.5 miles until you arrive at a roundabout. Continue ahead onto the dual carriageway (Pembury bypass). This is only about 2.5 miles long, and it then ends at Kippings Cross roundabout (the road ahead also changes back to single carriageway after the roundabout).
Look for the sign before this roundabout, which will indicate the turn to FRANT STATION. This is the only right turn from the roundabout, a narrow country lane.
Follow this lane for about 3.5 miles until you reach a crossroads. Turn left and after about 400m you will see the entrance to COURT LODGE DOWN (Frant Lakes) on your right hand side and also small green signs for Team Dynamics International. Turn in this entrance and follow the drive down the hill, taking the left turn at the split.
Team Dynamics International is then 150m ahead.
