


Our Methodology
We believe that by working closely with our clients we can together design a specific programme that will completely meet their needs. The agreed programme will be supported by a series of experiential exercises, which will enable the learning points to be demonstrated and reinforced by practical application. Research shows that in circumstances where individuals have the opportunity to experience a practical application of the learning points their retention increases some six fold by the end of a three-month period. Our prime focus for our programmes is to make a positive difference in the workplace.
To enable change to happen, we use a low delegate to instructor ratio so that people within small groups can have a clear voice. Each learning experience is reviewed using a structured process with their coach which the individuals soon learn to apply themselves, thus providing them with a useful tool for them to take with them back to the workplace.
We aim to make our programmes highly thought provoking, so that participants feel enthused to apply themselves to the training messages back at work and make personal development a continuous feature of their lives. Above all, we believe that effective training and development can, and should, be enjoyable.
