Team Dynamics International’s Training and Conference Centre is based just outside Tunbridge Wells on the Kent / East Sussex border. It is approximately one hour by car or train from the centre of London and 40 minutes drive from Gatwick airport. The Centre’s 200-acre site provides the ideal location for both indoor and outdoor training. Indoor accommodation includes two conference rooms, accommodating from 40-100 delegates, and up to seven syndicate rooms.

These conference facilities are available for private hire and include a variety of different layout configurations, provision of multimedia projectors, camcorders, VCR/DVD players and overhead projectors. A selection of lunches menus, evening BBQs can also be provided to suit the occasion.

Residential accommodation is normally arranged with one of the many local hotels so that customers have the widest possible choice. Most are within 10-15 minutes drive from the Centre.

Outdoor activities include almost one hundred initiative tasks and exercises, a high ropes course and aerial runway, an extensive confidence/obstacle course, complex lake crossing, hovercraft flying, 4x4 off road driving, lazer clay pigeon shooting, abseiling, a climbing tower, archery, canoeing, raft-building and orienteering.

Although there is no formal overnight accomodation on site, we have very favourable rates (when booked through us) with both the Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells, the Ramada Jarvis Hotel just outside Tunbridge Wells, the Dale Hill Hotel and Golf Club, Ticehurst and the Ashdown Park Hotel, near Forest Row, East Sussex.
